Let's talk about tools today. They are super important when it comes to semi-cured gel nail strips application. Here are my favorite ones and how I use them.
1. Rubber Cuticle Pusher
I like it because it can smooth out the strips at intial application and help the strips to adhere to the nails better. I always press down the strips with it as soon as I put them on.
2. Glass Nail File
Glass nail file is my new favorite for sure. With regular nail file, I noticed there was always small crack on my nails after I use them. After all, I have really weak nails. After doing some research, I learned glass nail file is the best for your nails and it won't damage your nails, causing cracks or uneven surface on your nails. I've been using them for a couple of months now and I for sure see some difference.
3. Last but not the least, our portable nail lamp with a silicone head. This is a necessity for semi-cured gel nail strips lovers. It helps the strips to adhere to the nails while curing. I always put quite a bit pressure on it when I cure my nails so that all edges of the strips can adhere to my nails, leaving no gap. It definitely helps with the longevity of the strips.
